Keeping up the tradition, this year too, ____School Name_____ Annual Sports Meet was organised with the same flamboyant spirit among students, a venue to display their physical prowess, and gain hands on experience of organizing a sports-meet at a school in years to come. Apart from commemorating victories, sports meets also aim at imparting lessons on camaraderie to children.
The Principal and the Vice Principal of ____School Name_____ graced the occasion as chief guests. The event commenced with the hoisting of the flag by the chief guest. The oath was administered by the Sports head girl and head boy, and the students solemnly pledged to uphold the spirit of true sportsmanship. The most intriguing aspect, embellishing the event, was the splendid field display, involving mass student participation, which splattered on the field, a riot of hues and vibrancies.
