Sir

Perhaps I am one of the oldest clients of your bank but I am sorry to say that there has been a gradual deterioration in the services provided by the bank.

On February 16, I asked the cashier to exchange a soiled 500 note for a better one. He refused to do so and openly said that it might be a fake note. I cut a sorry figure as I felt insulted in the presence of so many clients. On another occasion, I had issued a B.O.B. cheque for buying a car. Your bank took five days to clear it. When I tried to expedite it, I was rudely told by your staff that they were helpless.

I feel totally disgusted and have made up my mind to transfer my savings account to some other bank. I want an apology from the said cashier. Kindly instruct your staff to be courteous and well behaved.
