Sir

It is regrettable that the postman of our beat is not doing his duty diligently. He does not take the trouble to alight from his cycle and put my letters into the letterbox installed at the gate. He just flings them casually. He has no time to see if the letters have fallen inside the boundary walls or not.

He delivers the letters a day or two after their receipt. Only yesterday I saw him throwing a letter aiming at my gate. It was an interview letter received by me after the due date. Time and again, I had requested the postman to mend his ways but nothing tangible has come out. I am not the only sufferer; some other residents invariably suffer like me.

You are requested to look into the matter and instruct the postman to be diligent towards his duties.
