I wish to bring to your notice the carelessness and irregularity in the distribution of mail in our area-Chetna Apartments, Mayur Colony. The said inconvenience caused by the postal department has forced me to write this letter to you.
A few months back, I along with some friends had subscribed to two magazines namely ‘Computers’ and `Competition Master’. While my friends are getting their copies regularly for the last three months, I have not yet received a single copy of either of these magazines. I complained to the respective head office of these magazines and I was informed that these magazines are being mailed to my address regularly. It seems that the parcels are lost somewhere in transit. The photocopy of the reply of the publishers is enclosed herewith. You are requested to look into the matter and ensure that the mail is delivered regularly. I hope you’d take necessary action in this regard.
