Subject Request for a School Auditorium
Sir/Madam,
I, on behalf of the students of our school, wish to state that ours is one of the best schools in the district. However, it is a matter of great regret that there is no auditorium in our school. Because of not having this facility, our school is lagging behind. We are badly in need of an auditorium in order to keep pace with the present world. Undoubtedly, the present age is very competitive, communicative and progressive. An auditorium will provide a proper platform to conduct various school functions or events. Moreover, it will be well-equipped with sound systems, suitable lighting and air-conditioners. It is no longer feasible to organise such events in the grounds due to the lack of several facilities. Furthermore, any event taking place in the ground disturbs the students who are not participating and are studying in class. An auditorium can very smoothly pull such events without any disturbance and interference in academics.
We, therefore, request and hope that you would be really kind enough to consider our demand, which is in favour of the school and oblige thereby.
