Read the Passage carefully and answer the following Questions:-

Today by cartoons, we mean those figures which give a satirical presentation of an individual or an event. But in ancient times. a full sized enlarged figure of anything or anybody was called a cartoon ‘Arith the advent of the newspapers and the magazine’s popular cartoon figures came into existence. Before the start of the newspapers, artists like Hogan. Goya and drew scenes of figures on the same subject. depicting brave people in action. The inspiration for cartoons came from such figures. The first comic picture story ‘Buster Brown’ by Richard Outcault came out in 1902. This became very famous throughout the world. Another story published in 1912 was “Bringing up Father, which has been published In 71 countries and 27 languages. The biggest cartoon of the world, which satirically presented Russia’s relationship with eight East European countries, was drawn on a building in New York.
